Do you take credit card?
Yes we do. We accept JCB / VISA / AMEX / DC / Master / Diners.

Can we be late for check in?
Check in starts from 1:00pm. However, in a case when you are late or when your arrival is going to be later than 0:00pm, please give us a call

Can we send our baggage before we get there?
We will keep your baggage at front desk on 1st floor. Please send your baggage to the following address.

Is it possible for you to store my luggage before check-in and after check–out?
We will keep your baggage at front desk on 1st floor.
We keep your baggage on the day of check in / check out. If you have request on the other days, please contact us.

When is the payment?
We accept your payment when you check in.

Will there be a charge for a child sharing a bed with an adult?
When a child sleeps with an adult there is no charge. However, only one child per adult and maximum of two children per room.

Will I be able to access the internet in my room?
Every room is equipped with high-speed internet access. There is also a LAN cable. All internet access is complimentary.
Wireless LAN is also available in all rooms, the restaurant, cigar bar, and lobby lounge.

Do you have a laundry service?
For the laundry service, please fill in the service sheet that is provided to each of the guest room, and bring it to the front desk. If you bring the service sheet before 9:00am, it will be done by 6:00pm. The service, during Sunday, holiday and New Year's, might be closed, so please ask the front desk about the details.
