What time is check-in time?: It is 3:00 PM. If your plan specifies a check-in time, it is the specified time.

What time is check-out time?: 11:00 a.m. If a check-out time is specified by the plan, it is the specified time.

If I arrive before check-in time, can I leave my luggage?: Yes, we will keep your luggage at the front desk. (Free of charge)

Can I enter the room before check-in time?: We charge an additional fee of 1,000 yen per hour.
Please note that we may not be able to accept guests before check-in time depending on room availability.

Can I extend my check-out time?: We charge an additional 1,000 yen per hour.
Please note that this may not be possible depending on room availability.

Can I send my luggage in advance?: Possible. (Refrigerated and frozen items are not acceptable)

Are cribs and bed guards available?: Yes, we have cribs and bed guards that can be rented for children sleeping with their parents (Free of charge, reservation required).
Please inquire at the time of reservation as there is a limited number available.

*Cribs are available for children under 1 year and 6 months of age who are not yet able to stand up on their own.
* Please inquire in advance as there are some room types that cannot accommodate cribs.
* Bed guards are available for children between 1 year and 6 months and 5 years old.

Is there a place where I can smoke?: Smoking rooms are available, so please select one when you make a reservation. There are also smoking booths in the lobby.

Is there a convenience store near the hotel?: There is a convenience store behind the hotel (0 minutes walk from the hotel).

I would like to know about okonomiyaki restaurants.: There are many okonomiyaki restaurants within walking distance from the hotel, including “Micchan” and “Hachimasa,” which are often introduced in guidebooks.

Do you provide medicine?: In accordance with Article 24 of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law, we are unable to provide medical supplies to our guests.
Please prepare them before your trip or purchase them at a pharmacy.

Please tell me about the restaurants in the hotel.: There is a restaurant & bar “NEW YORK CAFE” on the 1st floor.

How can I get to the hotel from JR Hiroshima Station?: ・5 minutes by cab

・Approximately 6 minutes by bus (Ekimachi Loop Line)
From the South Exit of JR Hiroshima Station, board the No. 102 Ekimachi Loop Line (clockwise) at the No. 3 bus stop and disembark at the Tanaka-machi bus stop (approx. 5 minutes).

・Approximately 23 minutes by streetcar (Hiroshima Electric Railway)
From Hiroshima Station on the Hiroshima Electric Railway Line, take the Hiroshima Electric Railway Line 1, 2, or 6 (approx. 15 minutes) and get off at the Hacchobori stop (approx. 8 minutes walk from the station).

How can I get to the hotel from Hiroshima Airport?: Approximately 60 minutes by limousine bus and get off at JR Hiroshima Station.
