We offer 10 types of all-you-can-eat desserts.
A wide range of autumnal sweets, including chestnut and raisin tarts. Freshly squeezed Mont Blanc is also available!
For hors d’oeuvres, a plate of four seasonal dishes such as seared autumn swordfish and roast pork tortilla is available. For the main dish, guests can choose from a selection of four dishes, including aqua pazza with sea bream from the Setouchi region and herbed breadcrumb baked aged chicken from Hiroshima Prefecture.
For dessert, indulge in an all-you-can-eat buffet of 10 autumn sweets, including Pumpkin Cheesecake, Chestnut and Raisin Tart, and Sweet Potato Baumkuchen. In addition, as a special dessert, a limited number of “Mont Blanc”, a dish of cadaif and vanilla ice-cream with a squeeze of marron paste, will be served per adult. Enjoy the sweetness of the harvest season.

An aquapazza made with Setouchi sea bream and autumn ingredients. The broth is infused with the flavour of seafood and harmonised with the seasonal flavours of mushrooms and root vegetables.

②Baked Itoyori with Partbrick
Seasonal Itoyori wrapped in partbrick with Hiroshima mushroom duxelles. You can enjoy the crispy texture, the aroma of the mushrooms and the refined flavour of the fish.

③Hiroshima Aged Chicken Pershade
Hiroshima Aged Chicken Pershade covered with herbed breadcrumbs. Enjoy the chicken, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, together with ratatouille with Hiroshima-grown peppers and aubergines.

④Homemade hamburger steak and seasonal vegetables wrapped in cartofata
Homemade hamburger steak and seasonal vegetables wrapped in cartofata. The aroma and juicy meat juices when opening the package are appetising, accentuated by the red wine-scented demi-glace sauce.
