A marriage of summer hot pot and draft beer in a cool and comfortable indoor beer garden. Extended until 20 Sep (Sat)by popular demand.

No need to worry about midsummer heat and humidity or sudden rain. An indoor beer garden where you can enjoy Setouchi ingredients is now open for dinner. Two types of savory “summer hot pot” served in a live kitchen where the chef prepares them right in front of your eyes, paired with a glass of chilled draft beer, is the perfect combination. Local delicacies such as Setouchi turban shell genovese, lemon-scented red fish poirette and thick spare ribs are on offer. Enjoy summer evenings with a wide range of drinks, including Extra-cold beer.

Shell-roasted turban shells with Genovese sauce
Aromatic turban shells from the Seto Inland Sea are grilled in their shells and tossed with a homemade Genovese sauce made from a blend of fresh basil, pine nuts and cheese. The delicious taste of the seashore and the fresh aroma of basil are harmoniously combined in this dish, making it a perfect accompaniment to white wine.

Juice explosion! Homemade spare ribs
Pork meat is slowly marinated in a homemade sauce and grilled. Crispy and savoury on the outside, juices overflow from the inside and the sweet and spicy sauce and the natural flavour of the meat fills the mouth. A perfect accompaniment to a chilled red wine.

Japanese beef sukiyaki hotpot
Sukiyaki hotpot with Japanese beef slowly simmered in a sweet and spicy broth. The appeal of this nabe is the refreshing flavour created by adding ripe summer tomatoes to the broth. The acidity and sweetness of the summer tomatoes from Hiroshima Prefecture combine with the flavour of the beef to create a refreshing aftertaste that is easy to eat even in the hot summer months. Enjoy with a cold beer.


Setouchi Yellowtail Hot Pot with Ago Dashi
Fresh amberjack, blessed with the bounty of the Seto Inland Sea, is slow-cooked in a luxurious nabe menu with aromatic Hiroshima-grown ago dashi broth. The deep flavour of the amberjack dancing in the warm broth fills the mouth as you taste the first mouthful, and the refreshing acidity of the lemon adds an exquisite accent. The rich aroma that rises with the steam and the elegant yet powerful flavour. Enjoy the perfect harmony between the amberjack nurtured by the rich waters of the Seto Inland Sea and flying fish dashi.
